There are currently 11 lots that could have a MFG or stick built home built on them. 2 lots, # 15 & #16 have log cabins curently. These cabins are shells, no water or power. The owners will not put water & power into the the subdivsion but have done extensive research and have plans they are... more willing to give the new buyers for power & water. There are several lots that are not currently buildable, but with some refiguring, may be.
